May 11, 2004 Dear Friends of Save Casco Bay Inc., Please be advised that although we were successful with the Cumberland Town Council regarding the Hope Island site, we are aware of other imminent threats to Casco Bay. There appears to be an interest in an LNG terminal at the Wyman Station in Yarmouth, and Harpswell citizens are currently collecting signatures for another vote which is soon to happen. Other islands have also been mentioned as possible sites. We need money, as well as professional expertise and local action, to continue to protect Casco Bay, please give generously.
